Thanksgiving in New York

It is tradition in my family to travel to New York for Thanksgiving. Since my uncle hunts, Brad was very willing to continue this tradition. My parents were nice enough to take Piper with them on the 4 hour drive up. She did great! Read books and slept the entire time.

Koen, on the other hand, screamed through most of the trip and almost screamed himself sick. Luckily, Brad did some quick thinking and saw Piper's empty carseat which faces forward. We thought, screaming kid or illegally placing your child in a front facing carseat.... CARSEAT! He loved it!
We had a great time with the family and can't wait to go again next year! Hopefully next year Brad and I can actually join in on the dinner conversation! Haha!!!
