We enrolled Piper in swim lessons 1 night a week. Tonight was her first time. We weren't sure how it was going to go or even if she would want to get in the water. Let's just say we are raising a fish! Koen just sat and watched. He looks thrilled! Here is a quick video of her enjoying swimming with daddy! Pay particular attention to Brad's swimming "dance" right at the beginning. **note to video watchers: pause the music on the right so that you don't compete with the audio on the video.

Grammie came over and helped out by playing we me and holding Koen! While the "adults" were talking downstairs I decided to do a little reorganizing in my bedroom. Since Koen has been sleeping in Mommy and Daddy's room, I thought mommy would appreciate it if I cleared out all of Koen's clothes from the dresser and made room for more of my clothes. Your welcome, mommy!

When you are home alone with 2 kids under the age of 2, you discover that clothes are not that important if it keeps everyone smiling! I think it was around 10 o'clock when Piper finally got dressed and we headed out the door for a walk. I must say, though, not one tear or tantrum was had. Thank you very much!

Piper needs a haircut, but we haven't had time to make an appointment. It is so bad that her babysitter said she is starting to look like Justin Bieber. So, I decided to go out and buy her clips and rubber bands to put her hair up. I must say she is pretty darn cute!

We went for a walk with our good friends, the Plancks. I don't know what they were thinking because it was COLD!

With Koen sleeping in Piper's room, she hasn't gotten as much sleep as required to avert major meltdowns during the day. So, this weekend we returned Koen to our room and Pip has been a much more pleasant little girl. Can you see who really runs this roost! In the first 2 pictures you will see Piper putting her animals down for "nigh-nigh" before she went up to take a nap. When she got up, she came downstairs and woke them all up!
